Title IT Staffing Specialist
Position Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and personable individual interested in pursuing a recruiting career, specializing in working with IT professionals. In this position you would work with our team to identify strong candidates for internal requirements, as well as for our clients. If your goals align with our needs, please apply to join our team!

Responsibilities • Find new and innovative ways to continually search for top talent
• Connect with great candidates and build rapport
• Work with the recruiting team to manage the resume flow
• Work with candidates to improve their resumes
• Work with Hiring Managers to develop job specifications
• Maintain Job Postings
• Identify qualified candidates on a per opportunity basis
• Perform phone screening and initial in person interviews
• Maintain our recruiting database
• Schedule interviews for managers and clients
• Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for IT services
• Assist with other Microserve activities as requested

Requirements This recruiting position will require a high-energy, outgoing individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Education and work experience related to Human Resources, Recruiting, and/or IT would be strong assets. An IT background is not mandatory, but you will need to be eager to work towards developing a strong understanding of IT and the IT industry.

You respond quickly to changing priorities, are an out of the box thinker, and are tenacious. Proficiency with Microsoft products and the ability to navigate the web are necessary. You must possess strong communication skills that allow you to adapt to different situations. Your initiative to solve problems in a creative manner will allow you to excel in this position. Your proven track record working independently and in a team environment is an asset to the work that you will do.
